All Scottish Buddhist crock pot meals are begun in the same way-
A large pat of butter
One bulb of garlic
Turn the crock pot to High. Mince up the garlic, chop the onion and add to the pot.
Stir occasionally while preparing the other ingredients.
NOTE: Margarine does not work. If you're so worried about your weight, eat smaller servings, fat ass.
